ABB Company Leases Office in Business Centre «Gelsingforssky»

ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, has served as a broker in the lease transaction for 950 sq.m. of office space in business centre “Gelsingforssky” to the Russian representation of the international corporate group ABB.

ABB is a global leader in power and automation technologies that enable utility and industry customers to improve their performance while lowering environmental impact.
ABB operates in more than 100 countries and employs about 124’000 people. ABB has a deep-rooted background in Russia. One of the ABB Group parent companies, ASEA company, opened its first permanent office in Saint-Petersburg back in 1893. Today the ABB Group in Russia is presented by industrial companies, which employ 1’500 people.

Stable growth of the company has caused the necessity to expand the office space of the Group representation in Saint-Petersburg. New modern office of A class can room up to 53 people. Location became the key requirement in course of search for a new site. Now the company customers can easily get to the new office in 2, Gelsingforsskaya street, litera A from any side of the city.

Business centre “Gelsingforssky” was commissioned in 2010. The office centre is located in the business quarter “Vyborgskaya embankment” in the up-and-coming area of business activities on the Bolshaya Nevka embankment in the immediate proximity to the historic centre of Saint-Petersburg, near Grenadersky bridge.
Business centre “Gelsingforssky” is equipped in compliance with the A class requirements. A parking area for 170 cars is included into the business complex.
