Lady Collection Expands in the City of Tomsk

ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, has attracted the chain of fashion bijouterie and accessories stores ‘Lady Collection’ to the shopping centre MIRAMIX in the city of Tomsk, within the framework of the project’s brokerage. The fourth store of this brand in Tomsk will be located on the second floor of the shopping centre and will occupy around 30 sq.m. The store is planned to be opened in October, 2011.
History of ‘Lady Collection’ brand started in 1998. Today it is the largest chain of fashion accessories stores in Russia and Kazakhstan (over 200 company stores). ‘Lady Collection’ company stores are opened mainly in shopping centres. In Tomsk this brand is already presented in shopping centres ‘TsUM’, ‘GOROD’ and ‘SMILE CITY’.

Shopping centre MIRAMIX is noted for its advantageous location in terms of transport access, thus arousing interest among major federal retailers, such as ‘Lady Collection’. “In their turn, popular brands being part of a shopping gallery, are always attractive to the clients and contribute to strengthening of a new shopping centre position. Lady Collection is among such brands,” – notes Olga Zbrueva, the Head of Tenants’ Division in ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

According to the concept the shopping centre will include food products hypermarket ‘Food City’, recreation areas and food-court, children playroom and parking area for 600 cars. Apart from ‘Lady Collection’ the shopping gallery will comprise clothes and shoes stores, shops of kids products and other company stores of famous brand names.
