ASTERA Project Wins CRE Awards 2011

The shopping complex ‘Platforma’ in Zanevsky prospect has won the CRE Awards in St. Petersburg in category Minor Shopping Complex. This project was presented for competition by ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

On June, 29 and 30 in hotel Corinthia Nevsky Palace one of the key events of the Russian commercial real estate market – Commercial Real Estate Awards and CRE Summit 2011 – has taken place. Business program of the event has attracted over 350 representatives of business leaders specializing in spheres of development, construction, management, consulting and brokerage of all sectors of commercial real estate of Russia, as well as CIS and Europe.

On June, 30 the event ended with a solemn ceremony of professional prizes distribution – CRE Awards – between the winners. Annually the best projects in each category, which meet the up-to-date requirements of commercial real estate development, become the award winners. Real estate projects involved in the award winning process go through a careful selection.

This year the Golden Brick has worthily gone to the shopping complex ‘Platforma’ in Zanevsky prospect, commissioned at the end of 2010.

Shoe centres ‘Platforma’ are an example of a successful implementation of the project of shopping centres chain under one brand name. ‘Platforma’ is the only chain of highly specialized shoe shopping centres in the North-Western region.

‘Platforma’ brand is well-known to the citizens of St. Petersburg. Every new shopping centre under this brand name is opened with a status of a project with a clear concept known to the consumer and tenant. Project’s success is confirmed by its dynamic development. New shopping complexes ‘Platforma’ get annually opened in St. Petersburg.
