ASTERA relocated to BC ‘Tempo’

Starting from November 10, 2014 office of international consulting company ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate in Saint Petersburg will be located at the following address: BC ‘Tempo’, Nevsky pr., 104, lit. A.

‘The building we were located in before requires reconstruction. Therefore, we made a decision to relocate to a new office. It was hard to choose a new facility for us being professional brokers who knows all advantages and disadvantages of all business centers of Saint Petersburg, - comments Ludmila Reva, director of ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate. – We were really attracted by such business centers as BC ‘Nevskaya Ratusha’ and boutique-office center ‘Passage’ on 17 Italyansakaya Street. Despite our high evaluation of all their benefits and technical characteristics we could not make our choice in advance of these business centers due to the fact that office premises were offered without finishing there and we had tight deadlines for relocation. As a result, Tempo business center on Nevsky pr., 104 became an optimal choice for us considering its location in the center of St. Petersburg business activity, closeness to two metro stations and large transport highways which is very comfortable both for our clients and for company employees’.

Tempo business center is a high class office building which is located in the very center of Saint Petersburg in the immediate vicinity from two metro stations: Ploschad Vosstaniya and Mayakovskaya.

BC ‘Tempo’ is one of St. Petersburg office buildings where historic facades are kept, and the original brick masonry is applied in some décor elements. The building was constructed in 1910. Its restoration was finished in 2011. For convenience of tenants business center is equipped with passenger elevators, reception area including round-the-clock security services. A video surveillance system is installed. Secured parking lot is functioning.
