At the beginning of August a new restaurant “ITALY” is opening at 14, Bol’shaya Morskaya str. The broker of the deal was ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
The fourth restaurant of this chain named “ITALY Bottega” (Italian - “little place”, “barrel”), will be placed on the area of 160 sq.m. designed for 55 seats. It is planned to accept 250-300 guests a day here. An average bill will make 850 rubles. A wide assortment of wine together with traditional Italian and Pan-Asiatic cuisine will be offered to visitors. An emphasis on the wine will be a distinctive feature of “ITALY” at Bol’shaya Morskaya str., for which reason the staff will complete special training.
“In Italy bottega is a little cozy shop, as a rule gastronomic. Its owner acts as your friend who may always help you to make a right choice offering the best. As for “ITALY Bottega”, it is a small restaurant in the centre of Saint Petersburg, where you may count on hearty welcome and delicious food. The menu of the restaurant is already familiar to lots of our visitors thanks to ITALY South and West projects, but here we put emphasis on the wine. Thus, we’ll provide our visitors with wide choice of wineglasses’ positions and make good offerrs for “take-away” wine. In time “ITALY Bottega” will be going day and night and there will be the possibility to deliver our production within Central’niy District”, says Dmitriy Fomichev, the restaurant managing director.
The brand is promoted by “Italy Restaurant Group” founded by Saint Petersburg restaurant-keepers Michail Sokolov and Timur Dmitriev in 2010. The promotion is based on “ITALY” conception. Nowadays three restaurants of Saint Petersburg (“ITALY South”, “ITALY West” and “Dolci ITALY”) are already operating under this trademark. There is a trattoria “FRATELLI”, a successful single project on the credit side of the restaurant group.
According to ASTERA experts a place for the restaurant is really comfortable. “Nevsky prospect and Bol’shaya Morskaya crossing is a high-density foot and car traffic zone. Thanks to the premium location, original conception and high service standard “ITALY Bottega” stands a good chance to attract a wide audience including tourists and office workers of this district”, says Ludmila Reva, director of ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
