ASTERA found a restaurant operator for a new business center on Sinopskaya Embankment

A new wine restaurant will be opened on Sinopskaya Embankment at the beginning of 2013. ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, has rendered services on premise selection.

The new wine restaurant with European cuisine has 220 seats. Part of the premises will be occupied by a tea room with its own bakery that will also offer lunches to the tenants of the business center. The restaurant has no name yet.

Alexander Belov and Igor Prashenko leased 800 sq.m in SINOP business center. "We chose the A-class business center due to its convenient location, exclusive architecture, comfort and security. The location of the head office of Plaza LotuS Group, a developer company that realizes the project, has also played an important role in choosing a place for the restaurant. BC SINOP fully meets our requirements including metric area, gasification and electricity supply,” - says restaurateur Igor Prashenko. Location in a business center is an additional advantage that allows us to expect a constant customer flow from the BC staff. Moreover, the restaurant has good view characteristics due to its location on the embankment".

SINOP, an A Class business center, is located on 22, Sinopskaya Embankment. Its total area is 21 000 sq.m. The business center is planned for commission in November 2012.  The project of SINOP business center was created taking into consideration all high standards of A class commercial real estate: comfortable parking, elevators of last modification, furnished lobbies, video surveillance systems, 24-hour security, minutely detailed interiors, leisure areas and a restaurant.

At the same time the restaurant operator receives a guaranteed customer flow.
