ASTERA found a new anchor tenant for retail and entertainment complex “Mercury”

In 2013 a new anchor tenant, retail chain “Detskiy Mir”, will appear in retail and entertainment complex “Mercury” in Kolpino. ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paripas Real Estate, has rendered brokerage services.

“Detskiy Mir” will occupy 1 700 sq.m of space on the third floor of retail and entertainment complex.
REC Mercury is located in an already formed trade zone in the center of Kolpino. GBA of the complex is 23 400 sq.m, the complex also has a surface parking for 350 cars.

The owner of the complex CJSC "Petrostroy" Corporation" has its own strategy for choosing tenants. “We managed to create a balanced pool of tenants with retail operators that are leaders in their segment", - says Alexander Perfiliev, Deputy Director General of CJSC "Petrostroy" Corporation". Our retail and entertainment complex is designed for everyday visits. It has day-to-day goods and services. Today the customer flow is estimated at 16 000 people a day, in weekends it increases by 10-15%”.

McDonalds, Prisma Supermarket, "M.Video", "Bukvoed", "Seppala", "Rive Gauche" are among tenants of REC "Mercury". CJSC "Petrostroy" Corporation" wants to extend the complex: it is planned to open a six-screen theater and to start the construction of the second building with GBA of 11 000 sq.m
