ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, signed a contract for rendering brokerage services for outlet-center “BRANDCITY”.

ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, signed a contract for rendering brokerage services for outlet-center “BRANDCITY”. "WAY M" is the owner and the investor. Today the investment volume is more than $130 mln including $23 mln spent on re-conception.

Outlet-center "Brandcity" is located at the intersection of Kashirskoye highway and Moscow Ring Road. GBA of the object is 30 000 sq.m, GLA is 26 000 sq.m. Surface parking for 2500 cars was organized for convenience of customers.

Outlet center "Brandcity" is a re-conception of Retail and Entertainment center "Waymart". The owners decided to implement a new trade scheme: they sell the full range of items from collections of last years in all the sizes with discounts up to 30-70%. Lots of famous brands were gathered in the center: Baldinini, All Sesons, X-Persona, Redmond, S Class, Jenny, La Rose, Elsa Moda, "Olant", Samsonite etc. "Sportmaster", "Starik Hottabuch", "M.Video", KOSMIK entertainment center are among anchor tenants.
