ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, signed a contract for rendering brokerage services for retail and business center in Samara

ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, signed a contract for rendering brokerage services for retail and business center "TEKHNOPORT" in Samara that is now under construction. The center is planned for commission in Q4 2012.

RBC "Tekhnoport" is located at the intersection of XXII Partsiezda Street, Zavodskoye highway and Maltseva Laneway. The project is realized at the land plot with a total area of 1.4 Ha and in fact is a reconstruction of a complex of industrial buildings.

GBA of the center is 26 970 sq.m, 22 218 sq.m will be occupied by retail premises, 4 752 sq.m - by office premises. Surface parking is for 600 cars. RBC "Tekhnoport" is located near Sovetsky residential district with 177 000 people, "Pobeda" metro station is in five minute drive.

Supermarket, white goods and electronics, sports goods, children’s goods, apparel and footwear shops will be among anchor tenants.
