ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, is an exclusive broker of a new Class A business center

Astera, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate has signed an exclusive contract for rendering brokerage services in business center “Nakhimovsky” in South-West Administrative District. The center is planned for commission in Q4 2012.

The 11-storey building has panoramic windows. The first and the second floor will be occupied by commercial spaces with the area from 100 sq.m. All office premises have flexible planning that will fit to any tenant. The center offers spaces from 200 sq.m

GBA of the center is 22 900 sq.m, including 15 369 sq.m of office spaces and 2 053 sq.m of retail premises. The center also has an underground two-level parking for 316 cars.

Nakhimovsky business center is a modern Class A business center that meets all standards of quality. It has a central system of ventilation and conditioning, independent electric power supply, fire protection system, automated water fire-fighting system, access control system and video surveillance system.
