Three leaders of Saint Petersburg market of commercial real estate

ASTERA in alliance with BNP Paribas Real Estate is integrated into three leaders of Saint Petersburg market of commercial real estate.
On February, 20 CRE North West magazine has prepared the rating of broker companies of Saint Petersburg under 3d EXCLUSIVE DAY press-conference.

11 companies working for office, retail and warehousing real estate has taken part in this rating. ASTERA has taken the third place in the total volume of realized commercial real estate in 2012.
The results have been summarized within all market segments. The achievements made it possible for Astera Company to integrate into three leaders in all segments considering following results:

• Retail real estate – the third place. 37 transactions in Retail Cente for total area of 13 855 sq.m.
• More than 25 000 sq.m have been realized in street retail segment, that resulted ASTERA to acquire the status of absolute leader in Saint Petersburg market of built-in premises.
• Office real estate – the second place in the volume of realized areas in business centres of B and C class. The total volume of leased areas in this segment has made up 15131 sq.m.
• ASTERA was integrated into three leaders in the segment of warehousing real estate having realized 19 133 sq.m. Besides, in the end of 2012 the company closed a deal for the sale of the land plot of 12 000 sq.m in the developer project “Utkina Zavod’”.

“In general ASTERA company has realized more than 80 000 sq. m of commercial areas in 2012. This is a good result.”, - says Ludmila Reva, the Director of ASTERA in alliance with BNP Paribas Real Estate. – “In 2013 we expect the market to develop progressively in all its segments, that will make possible for us to improve and uphold our positions in the rating.”
