ASTERA as a real estate managing company

ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate is ready to render a new service in area of real estate management.
The focus is on the small and medium sized real estate properties and on the street-retail units of any size and purpose as well as elite apartments.

“As we see it, high-quality managing companies which are deal with large office, trade and warehouse complexes have already formed their permanent client base. At the same time, owners of the in-built premises and separate real estate units of a small metric area have some difficulties with management of their property and are in need of some professional assistance. Program Rantier, a joint project of ASTERA and RBI Holding, was already successfully realized. Such an experience as an analysis of client base, review of general situation on the rental market, and numerous feedbacks from our clients became the main deciding factor for ASTERA to launch our own service of real estate management”,- said Dmitriy Aristov, head of the real estate management department at ASTERA.

Several objectives of the project can be pointed out – earning of the stable income for the owner and its maximization, increasing of the capitalization level, cost optimization on its technical maintenance and running.
