11 november 2013“Coffee Cantata” leased 400 sq m in Business Center “Avantage” with ASTERA assistance
ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as a broker for Coffee Cantata Company on the lease of 400 sq m of office premises on the second floor of business center “Avantage”.
“Coffee Cantata” is the largest network of specialized tea and coffee gallery in Russia. Today, there are more than 230 sales points under this brand in Moscow, St. Petersburg and in more than 35 cities in Russia. The peak of this network development was in 2010. Today the company continues its regional expansion.
In Saint Petersburg the central office of the company was previously located on Kievskaya street, building 5. Due to the reconstruction the office had to be relocated.
"While searching for a new office, we wanted to find good location in the northern part of the city. Our main demands were transport accessibility, nearness to the metro station, availability of high-quality technical characteristics and finishes. Business Center “Avantage” met all the above requests. A new central office will provide day-to-day activities of the network in the northwest of the capital: management consulting, training, logistics, etc.", - explained Andrey Skoblikov, Manager of “Coffee Cantata” network in the northwest of Russia.
BC “Avantage” is a Class B business center, which is located in Primorsky District in St. Petersburg. It is situated within walking distance of the metro station “Black River” and close to major highways - Primorsky and Kamennoostrovsky prospects. The building of the business center was fully reconstructed in 2009. Total area of premises is 10 000 sq.m. Business centre is equipped with a full range of telecommunications, modern security systems, video surveillance, and secure parking lot.
"Despite the fact that today Primorsky District does not make top three districts in demand among tenants of office real estate, “Coffee Cantata” chose business center “Avantage” because it meets all the demands of the company and it has optimal price-quality ratio. Premises with total area of 100-500 sq. m. are the most requested.
