"Detskiy Mir" will open a new shop in MZ shopping center with ASTERA assistance.

In November a new chain outlet of a famous retail chain "Detskiy Mir" will be opened in MZ Shopping Center near Belyaevo metro station. ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, rendered services for premise selection.

Department store “Detskiy Mir” will occupy 1 140 sq.m on the 3rd floor of MZ shopping center located at the intersection of Miklukho-Maklaya street and Profsoyuznaya street. This will be the 41th shop in Moscow and 161st shop in Russia. The new shop will have thousands of articles: toys, footwear and apparel, infant products, baby food, stationery and office supplies, goods for school etc. The department store will offer goods from well-known brands, such as Lego, Hasbro, Winx, Mattel, Reima and goods under its own trademarks as well.

Group of companies "Detskiy Mir" is a major child goods retail operator in Russia. "Detskiy Mir" unites a national retail chain of department stores "Detskiy Mir", luxury-center "Children's Gallery Yakimanka" and an online store "Detskiy Mir". Retail chain "Detskiy Mir" has 160 super- and hyper-markets in 80 cities of Russia and Kazakhstan. Gross area of the chain is 316 000 sq.m.
OJSC “Detskiy Mir – Center” is a holding company; its main shareholders are JSFC “Sistema” (75%-1 share) and Sberbank (25%+1 share).
MZ shopping center is a 6-storey shopping center with a total area of 15700 sq.m, its GLA is 12 400 sq.m
The shopping center is planned for commission in Q4 2012. Among planned tenants are footwear, apparel, accessories, perfumery and cosmetics shops, fitness center, restaurants and cafes. The parking will have 230 parking lots.
