Cyberry market will occupy 900 sq.m on the second floor of shopping center "Platforma" on Transportny Lane. This will be the third shop in Saint Petersburg, two other are already operating in Nevsky and Primorsky Districts. The line of goods will include hi-tech gadgets, office equipment, audio/video equipment and TV sets, white goods will be partly represented. At first the shop will have the same working hours as the shopping center, иге it is planned to switch to twenty-four-hour working hours.

Due to the area of the premises, it is possible to store a wide range of goods there. Such format allows customers to choose and get their purchase quickly. "Central District of Saint Petersburg is one of the prior development areas for Cyberry Electronics within the framework of Cyberry Market shops development program", - says Andtey Tanchuk, General Director of OOO “Cyberry Electronics”. “It is important that the premises located in the center of the city are accessible for people who arrive to the shop on public transport. Location in one minute walking distance from "Ligovsky Prospect" metro station makes it comfortable to do the shopping even for this category of customers. Moreover, rental rates of these premises do not go against the idea of internet trade as a segment of best prices and, as a result, of optimized costs”.

Shopping center "Platforma" near Ligovsky Prospect metro station was opened in 2008. GBA of 4-storey shopping center is 8 000 sq.m, today the center is filled with tenants. Ecco, Ralf Ringer, Idealnaya Para, Mia Donna, Deti, 1000 I Odna Tufelka are among them. "Platforma" is a major Saint Petersburg shopping centers chain, its shopping centers are in Central, Vasileostrovsky, Krasnogvardeisky, Kalininsky and Primorsky districts of Saint Petersburg.

According to experts of ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, nowadays shopping centers are the main venue for white goods and electronics retail chains. "Tenants from this segment became very active", - says Lyudmila Reva, the Director at ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate. "Shopping centers owners are ready to reject minor variants and lease big areas to white goods and electronics retailers at lower rental rates, viewing such shops as anchor tenants. The demand for this category of goods has increased, that's why tenants of this segment can attract a great number of customers to the shopping center".
