20 february 2013Stavros Company Leases 3’500 sq. m. in warehouse complex in Admiralteyskiy District of Saint Petersburg with ASTERA Assistance.
Stavros Company has leased 3’500 sq. m. space in the warehouse project in Admiralteyskiy district of Saint Petersburg. ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, has served as a transaction broker.
OOO “Stavros” the major manufacturer of wooden decor. The company manufactures and designs carved decorative items and accessories for furniture and interiors. The decor is made by high-precision CNC equipment using 2D and 3D milling, finishing by hand cutting and polishing. Finewood and Medium Density Fibreboard are used for the production.
Company structure includes distribution branch, which effects wholesale supplies all around Russia.
The leased space will serve as the production company and warehouses. At the moment, the works is going on repairing and replanning.
"Previously, our company has leased areas on Khimicheskiy Lane, however, the increase in production has led to necessity to look for new premises. The specifics of the production of wood carved decoration implies certain requirements: first, the heating of high quality, as the tree react to temperature changes, and the second important factor is the daylight, especially at the step of hand cutting ", - said Andrey Ragozin, General Director of Stavros Company.
