SUNLIGHT will shine on Nevsky Prospect with the help of ASTERA

In December a new jewelry hypermarket will be opened on Nevsky, 71. Premises with an area of 430 sq.m were leased in TC “Nevsky Atrium”. ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, acted as a consultant of the deal.

“SUNLIGHT shops are located in trade centers or in built-in premises if their location is successful. Opening a new shop in a trade center located in the center of the city near Mayakovskaya metro station will lead to increasing demand from our clients. We make diamonds affordable in all aspects”, - says Evgeny Mikheev, SUNLIGHT Director General.

«Demand for TC “Nevsky Atrium” is formed mostly due to perfect location on one of the main trade artery of the city, Nevsky Prospect, near metro station. In spite of the fact that several trademarks have moved to other trade centers located nearby, tenants in TC “Nevsky Atrium” is of high quality. Some exclusive tenants like Gallery of Designers are represented here. SUNLIGHT is a new anchor tenant of the trade center. I am sure that opening of a new hypermarket will attract more customers to the trade center,” – says Svetlana Chernysheva, Head of Project Brokerage Department at ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

SUNLIGHT started to develop its own retail chain in 2010. Now the chain has more than 200 shops in 190 cities of Russia. Types of outlets: island, section and jewelry hypermarket, a new format for Russia. Today 4 hypermarkets with a total area of 1 500 sq.m function in Moscow. Brand shops of the retailer are also represented in Nizhniy Novgorod and Saint Petersburg.
