I-Shin chain leased 1 400 sq.m in Kolpino with ASTERA Assistance

A new maintenance center of a chain I-Shin will be opened in Kolpino in July 2012. ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, has rendered services on premise selection.

I-shin leased industrial space in Kolpino. The leased area of 1,400 sq.m in Finlyandskaya street will be used as a technical center that includes car accessories shop, tyre service and car wash. The part of the warehouse space will serve as the company warehouse used for servicing the southern areas of St. Petersburg, Leningrad Oblast and other cities. Tyre Center I-Shin Kolpino will be the sixth in St. Petersburg, the chain is also represented in Moscow.

“The building in Kolpino fully meets our requirements. Due to its location it is suitable for realization of product group represented in our shops, it meets all the sanitary and technical requirements. The cubic shape of the building allows to use the top level to full capacity”, - says Dmitry Kotov, General Director of Tyre Center chain I-Shin. “In recent years Kolpinsky District was developing actively, we see the potential demand for goods and services of our chain. As the district is in immediate vicinity from a number of federal highways, it is possible to organize a warehouse in terms of logistics convenient to service not only St. Petersburg, but other cities of Northwest region and Moscow as well".

According to Vera Boikova, the Head of Warehouse Market Department at ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, the potential of Kolpinsky District is not yet fully appreciated by service and goods operators.
“Favorable transport and geographic location along the key transport links are among main benefits of Kolpino. Pulkovo terminals are in immediate vicinity, the federal highway Rossiya is 0.5 km from Kolpino, the territory is crossed by railway lines. There is unsatisfied demand for a certain range of goods and services, in the short term this should bring operators of different segments to Kolpino”
