The pizzeria chain Pizza Ollis will open the first pizzeria in Senator Business Center with ASTERA Assistance

A pizzeria of Pizza Ollis chain will be opened in Senator Business Center on Vasilevsky island in May 2012. ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, has rendered services on space selection.

The space for a new restaurant with the area of around 210 sq.m. was leased on the ground floor of Senator Business Center in 18 Line of Vasilievsky Island. The new pizzeria will have 38 seats and will become the first chain outlet opened in a business center. Today 14 restaurants of the company are operating in Saint Petersburg.

The company has been planning to open a new restaurant on Vasilievsky Island for a long time as one pizzeria near metro station “Primorskaya” was not enough to cover the whole district. The search was long due to the necessity of compliance with technical requirements: power margin and a non-residential adjoining floor. Moreover, it was necessary to provide around-the-clock work of the restaurant. “The number of such offers on Vasilievsky Island, where the majority of buildings are of old housing stock, is very limited”, - says Mihail Temmo, Commercial Director of Pizza Ollis restaurant chain.

“The separate entrance to the restaurant will allow us to focus not only on staff of tenant companies of business center, but on other visitors as well. As all restaurants of the chain, Pizza Ollis in Senator Business Center will offer around-the-clock food delivery”.

Senator Business Centers are located in the most prestigious districts of the city, have a well developed infrastructure and a high level of transport accessibility. Currently, the Senator Business Centers network includes 20 sites At the beginning of April a second phase of class A Senator Business Center was opened in 17 Line of Vasilievsky Island.

“Only quality operators of restaurant business are located in Senator Business Centers. Business Centers in 17-18 Lines have a café and a restaurant with good cuisine” – admits Sergey Akulov, Director of Marketing Department of Management Company Senator. “A pizzeria that specializes in food delivery expands opportunities of our tenants.
