A new chain Bobby Dobby has opened its first café with ASTERA Assistance

A new Bobby Dobby café opened on Moskovsky Prospect in July 2012. ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, has rendered services on premise selection.

Bobby Dobby café occupied 130 sq.m on Moskovsky Prospect near Sadovaya Metro Station. This is the first café with a broad European menu that offers a wide range of popular bubble tea drinks.
The new product appeared on Saint Petersburg market not so long ago and before was represented only by a small express retail point of sale. Bobby Dobby café has a wide range of a popular drink based on oolong, green or black tea with various toppings, milkshakes and coffee-based drinks and European dishes as well.
Bobby Dobby has 50 seats. The guests of the café will have an opportunity to create their own drink from a range of ingredients. Bobby Dobby offers takeaway drinks as well. It is planned to convert Bobby Dobby into a café chain. The owners are planning to open 3-5 similar cafés soon.

"The beginning of Moskovsky Prospect near Sadovaya Metro Station is a zone with high activity, intensive pedestrian and car traffic", - says Lyudmila Reva, the Director at ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate. “There are several consumer flows here: local office workers, shopping centers customers, students, sometimes tourists. This provides high publicity regardless of time and day of the week. From this point of view the premises are suitable for opening the first cafe of a new chain”.
