A range of hair studios for men are to be opened in St.Petersburg

The first beauty studio of the new “Champion” chain has been opened in Nevsky Region of St. Petersburg. The rented premises of 80 sq.m is situated at Kollontaj street, 21. Broker of the deal is ASTERA, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

"Champion" is a new generation of hair studios of "medium +" class, designed only for men. The main team goal is to provide quality hairdressing service in an atmosphere of sport so much preferred by many representatives of the stronger sex. Being surrounded by the sport items the Champion’s visitors will have a chance to enjoy the broadcast of major sport events. There is no one hair studio with the similar concept in St. Petersburg yet!

"We offer excellent, but at the same time simple haircuts for men. The average price for a haircut is 650 roubles. Our target audience is men with average and above-average incomes, sharing the idea of healthy lifestyle and love to sport, "- the brand representatives stated.

In case if this pilot project achieves success, such hair studios of “Champion” chain will appear in every region of St. Petersburg. Investments amount to almost 1.000 USD/sq.m.

“Today Kollontaj street is in demand among tenants due to the proximity to the subway station and its location in a densely populated residential area. The growth of the population as well as the intense pedestrian flows provide the high demand on goods and services of mass consumption in this area. Moreover, within two last years the segments of health and beauty services were rapidly developing and have reached a high level in St. Petersburg. Creating new ideas considering the target audience requirements is a logical stage of the market development.
