The first-rate musical hypermarket opens in Saint Petersburg

In February a new shop for musical instruments MuzTorg opens in Saint Petersburg. The salon of 1600 m2 will be located in Yamskoy retail centre (53, Marata str.) The assistance in searching for a premise was lent by ASTERA company in alliance with BNP Paribas Real Estate.

“The shop will be situated in the very heart of Saint Petersburg, in its historical and cultural centre not far from the station Ligovskiy prospect in the region of well-developed infrastructure. Its large area will allow to find here the necessary range of goods that expands regularly and to make atmosphere as comfortable as possible for both the stuff and buyers. Moreover, the expansion of area will give the new possibilities to hold traditional concerts, master classes, autograph sessions, presentations and other events”, says Sergey Somikhin the head of MuzTorg representative in Saint Petersburg.

Nowadays the retail chain counts more than 40 representatives in more than 30 biggest cities of Russia and the territorial development continues. The salon in Marata Str. will offer to the buyers not only a wide range of products but also a new shop windows design elaborated specially for this shop. Although a position of chain leader has been for a long time held by the salon on Sennaya square (the first in Saint-Petersburg), the functions of leader will now take the shop in Yamskoy centre.
The city core, closeness to the metro station and transport accessibility are obvious advantages of the shop’s location. Svetlana Chernysheva the manager of project brokerage ASTERA in alliance with BNP Paribas Real Estate is sure that the idea will be a success. “In this very part of Saint Petersburg the majority of musical shops is situated.
