First deals were closed within the frames of Réntier, a joint program of ASTERA and RBI Holding

A new program Réntier launched in June by RBI Holding in partnership with ASTERA gives its first results. The first deals with real estate investors are already closed.

The idea of Réntier program is rather simple. A client that buys flat or commercial premises in one of the RBI Holding objects can lease it with minimal time loss with the help of one contact service of ASTERA. Service includes: selecting investment variant, sale, after-sale service, tenant selection, lease process management(preparation and submitting of invoices, re-signing of contracts, rotation of tenants, claims activities, reporting, claim settle, legal advice, insurance), coordination of additional service(decoration and additional HOME SERVICE). If a client wants to buy flat or commercial premises for investment, specialists will prepare a Business Case describing on what objects of the Holding and how much it is possible to earn. While analyzing the data client decides where to invest depending on the results expected. It is possible to enter the program having 2 mln roubles and more, investment profitability can go up to 20% per annum.

"During the first month of program two deals were closed: flats were bought with their further lease", - says Andrey Ostanin, Director of Department of Investment Attraction of RBI Holding. - Two flats were bought in "Dom u Rechnogo vokzala" (5, Shelgunova str., expected for commission this year) and one in a low-rise apartment complex MistolaHills in Mistolovo, Vsevolozhsky district. The first stage will be commissioned in Q1 2014. All flats have the same area of 45 sq.m. Usually the second flat is bought for investment purposes  at the same time as the first one used for personal living. The purchased flat in MistolaHills was exactly this variant".

“First deals proved our expectations on demand. Our main clients are people who want to buy a flat in Saint Petersburg, but live in other regions of Russia, and owners of several property objects that have difficulties with real estate management. We expect that up to 80% of those who invest in property will be the clients of the new program as there are almost no money loss risks, and all investments are stable due to sustainable development of the market”, - says Anna Brun, Head of Elite Residential Real Estate Department at ASTERA,  an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
