Ludmila Reva will participate in a Round Table titled ‘Street Retail in New Housing Development. Commercial Premises in Residential Complexes under construction’

Ludmila Reva, director of ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, will take part in a round-table discussion named ‘Street Retail in New Housing Development. Commercial premises in residential complexes under construction’ organized by “Stroitelny Ezhenedelnik”, which will be held on August 26, 2014.

Discussion Topics:

1. How does the process of selling new street-retail premises work? At what stage are they sold?
2. Image of a customer in this segment.
3. What investment strategy is the most successful one: sale at the construction stage, sale with allocated tenants, or preservation of street-retail premises as profitable business for developer?
4. What is the right way to form tenants’ (customers’) pool? What functions are the most requested right now?

The participants of the Round Table discussion include heads and experts of leading construction and development companies of the city and market analytics.
