22 july 2014With ASTERA participation La Cantine restaurant opens in BC ‘Zolotaya Dolina’
The restaurant will occupy a facility with the area of 700 sq.m. The opening is planned for August, 2014. ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate served as a consultant in terms of finding premises.
La Cantine is a fast-food restaurant of business class. The investor and the owner of the chain is Algos-Foods Company which also owns ‘Stolovaya №1’ chain in St. Petersburg.
The first fast-food restaurant under La Cantine brand was opened in St. Petersburg in 2008. Currently, La Cantine chain has 4 restaurants: in BC ‘Lider’ on Constitution Square, in BC ‘Senator’ on Vasilievsky Island, in BC ‘Petrovsky Fort’ and in BC ‘Linkor’. New restaurant with area of 700 sq.m will be opened in BC ‘Zolotaya Dolina’ (a part of MFC ‘Russkiye Samotsvety’) on 8, Karla Faberge square.
BC ‘Zolotaya Dolina’ with the total area of 21,913.7 sq.m (leasable area amounts to 16,752.2 sq.m) is referred to Class B+. The object was put into commission in November, 2013. Today, 85% of space is leased out here. Among large tenants of the office premises there are M-Style educational center, ‘Lanta-Bank’, Magnetic resonance tomography center, ‘Kuda-GO’, ‘Sletat.ru’. According to Andrey Umansky, deputy director general of property management at OAO ‘Russkiye Samotsvety’, by the end of 2014 business center will be filled to 100%.
‘Business center ‘Zolotaya Dolina’ is a part of MFC ‘Russkiye Samotsvety’, which is located on the plot with the total area of 4 ha. At the moment more than 30% of the territory is developed. Within MFC ‘Russkiye Samotsvety’ three business centers of Class B+ (BC ‘Zolotaya Dolina’, BC ‘Russkiye Samotsvety’ and BC ‘Faberge, 8’), furniture trade and exhibition complex, jewelry stores have already been built. In the end of 2014 the construction of a residential complex of business class ‘Zolotoe secheniye’ will start. In general, within the complex development of this land plot it is planned to build more than 200 thou. sq.m of commercial and residential premises. In future MFC will become the largest jewelry center in the city with its proper museum of jewelry goods and watches’, - comments Andrey Umansky.
‘Today one of the factors needed to fill a large business center is a number of infrastructural tenants at the Object. The most important one is affordable public catering facility. Lobby-bars and coffee houses, fitness centers, dry-cleaner’s, floral and gift shops are also considered to be desirable infrastructural tenants. Moreover, it is also important to install cash machines and payment terminals.
