The first restaurant based on the Dukan diet will be opened in Saint Petersburg with participation of ASTERA

MOZHNO restaurant with 120 seats will be opened in Central District of Saint Petersburg. Investments in this project amounted to 15 million rubles. Expected payback period is 3 years. ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as a project’s consultant and assisted in finding premises.

After several years of successful work with clients’ objects, RestoPR marketing agency, specialized in promoting restaurant projects, is opening its own restaurant – ‘MOZHNO’.

During 6 months we tried to estimate the most perspective niches on Saint Petersburg restaurant market and we have chosen a concept that is not presented in the city at the moment, but it has a developed audience with the size of 500,000 people. The best city experts worked on this project. Restaurant’s interior design was created by Mikhail Orlov, a well-known and talented designer in St. Petersburg who was the author of such large projects as Tony’s Kitchen, Putanesca, ‘Beluga’, ‘Gastronom’ and other 30 successful city restaurants’, - says Ivan Feonenko, Managing Partner of RestoPR marketing agency.

Menu of ‘MOZHNO’ restaurant is based on principles of the Dukan diet, one of the most famous diets in the world. This is a very unique project for St. Petersburg and it will be opened in June on 16, Marata Street. The premises have the area of 314 sq.m. The restaurant has 120 seats. Planned average check is 1,100 rubles.

‘The restaurant space was very well chosen. In this case we can talk about the combination of favorable location, reasonable price and quality. Previously, the premises have been prepared for public catering services. Moreover, project’ target audience is widely represented on Marata Street. In this location there are offices and embassies. The street is very popular among tourists. All these factors allow tenant receiving his profit as soon as the restaurant is opened. Average rental rates for such premises on Marata Street estimate from 1,500 to 2,000 thousand rubles per sq.m. Maximum rate is 6,000 thousand rubles’, - comments Olga Atkatchis, Head of Retail Department at ASTERA an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
